From visible posts to a documented decision

Start with a question, keep the collection boundary visible, and preserve enough context for another person to review the result.

  1. 01

    Define the question

Decide whether you are comparing reach, audience response, recent activity, creative formats, or spoken hooks.

  2. 02

    Inspect a visible set

Load a defined range, choose the signal that matches the question, and review the actual source posts before interpreting the result.

  3. 03

    Keep the evidence

Export the session, copy selected transcripts, or save supported media with the source URLs and collection context intact.

TokSorter at a glance

What is TokSorter?
TokSorter is a Chrome extension for reviewing public TikTok content. It can reorder posts already loaded in the current tab, show visible engagement signals, export structured data, create transcripts, generate hashtag starting sets, and save supported media. It does not provide private analytics or access TikTok's complete database.
Does TokSorter sort every video on TikTok?
No. TokSorter sorts the posts currently loaded in your browser, not TikTok's entire database. Scroll to load the range you need before sorting, and sort again after loading more posts. This boundary keeps the workflow transparent and makes it clear which videos are included in your result.
Which TikTok pages can I research with TokSorter?
TokSorter supports public creator profiles, search and video search results, hashtag pages, music or sound pages, and Explore on TikTok.com. TikTok can change its page structure, so the current Chrome Web Store listing is the best place to check compatibility before a large research session.
Which research outputs can TokSorter create?
A visible browsing session can become a CSV, JSON, or Excel export, a set of selected transcripts, a reviewed hashtag list, or a collection of supported media. Available fields depend on what TikTok exposes on the loaded page, so keep source URLs with any observations you use in a report.
Is TokSorter affiliated with TikTok?
No. TokSorter is an independent third-party browser extension and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd. Use it only for content and data you have the right to access, save, or analyze, and follow TikTok's Terms of Service.
